National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India’s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called “Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana” & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of “National Digital Health Mission” to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare. It is headed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), an officer of the rank of Secretary to the Government of India, who manages its affairs.
The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI; भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भुगतान निगम) is the specialised division of Reserve Bank of India which is under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It was created by RBI for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India.
IDRBT is the Certifying Authority (CA) for the Indian Banking and Financial Sector, licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, Government of India. While investing most of its time and resources in Applied Research and Development, the Institute also offers Consultancy in Banking Technology and related Areas to Banks and Financial Institutions. Consultancy projects are taken up on various routine facets of Information Technology in Banking, to make available the well-groomed technology expertise of the Institute to the Banking and Financial Sector.

CDRI promotes rapid development of resilient infrastructure to respond to the Sustainable Development Goals’ imperatives of expanding universal access to basic services, enabling prosperity and decent work.

DBT Mission was created in the Planning Commission to act as the nodal point for the implementation of the DBT programmes. DBT is the high priority and focus area of the Government.
